- quip themselves with latest sills that are in demand in the corporate world
- self employment / upskilling / re-skilling
This is a massive skill-building, flagship initiative by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) is its the nodal agency to execute and monitor it. As part of this initiative, several skill-building courses across various streams of engineering and vocational streams have been sourced from several training/industry partners and provided to the students.
